As a business analyst on the NIMHANS peer support forum project, I considered not just user needs but also feasibility, scalability, and long-term impact. This ensured the forum's implementation was not only effective but also sustainable and able to grow with user needs.

I create user-focused, SEO-optimized content to boost discoverability and engagement. From crafting high-ranking blogs to optimizing websites, I combine storytelling with data-driven strategies for impactful results.
